TYPES OF YOGA CLASSES OFFERED
All-levels Gentle Yoga offers a slow, mindful practice that invites bodies of any ability to move with ease, using a chair as needed for balance, support, or to modify poses. Poses are adapted to meet you where you are—seated stretches, supported standing balances, and restorative floor work—so you can build strength, increase flexibility, and calm the nervous system without strain. Breath-led guidance and careful alignment cues help prevent injury while encouraging mindful awareness, making this practice accessible whether you’re returning from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking a kinder way to move.
Gentle Strength and Balance is designed for individuals seeking to build strength and improve balance through a gentle practice. The class emphasizes basic standing postures, proper alignment, and gentle core strengthening, while incorporating some floor work for a well- rounded experience. With a focus on comfort and accessibility, participants will enjoy a supportive environment to enhance their physical stability and strength.
Slow Flow is a gentle vinyasa class designed to enhance strength and stability through basic postures, all while maintaining a mindful connection to your breath. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this class encourages the integration of flowing sequences into your yoga practice, promoting relaxation and awareness in movement.
Flow Into Rest is a gentle practice that begins with slow, mindful movement to release tension and reconnect with the body, then gradually transitions into deeply supported restorative postures. This class is designed to calm the nervous system, improve mobility, and create space for true rest. Appropriate for all levels, including those recovering from stress, fatigue, or physical activity.
Yoga Then Beer Move, stretch, and unwind with this 45-minute gentle yoga flow designed to build light strength, release tension, and leave you feeling refreshed — not depleted. After class, we’ll take the relaxation off the mat and continue the connection with optional social time down the street at Plymouth Brewing Company. A perfect blend of mindful movement and community.
